Do I need a Phone Line for this phone? No - this phone uses IP (Internet Protocol) to connect either to an on site IP PBX or to a VoIP Cloud Service. If you are using a VoIP Service, all you need is an Internet connection.

How Do I Install a VoIP phone? You need to connect the phone to your local network. All phones come as standard with Ethernet Ports which allow you to connect to your Router or office cabling socket. Some models also allow you to connect over Wi-Fi or DECT.

How is the Phone Configured? If you purchase the phone, you can opt for us to pre-configure the phone for you when you are ordering or you can do it yourself. If you are doing it yourself, you will need to get configuration information from your Service Providor and enter it into the phone via the keypad or Web Interface. Rented phones will be pre-configured by GRiP on request.

What About My Existing numbers? If you want to keep your existing number, after your VoIP Phone is connected, depending on your Service Providor, you can port your number across.
