Refunds and Returns

The VoIP telephony service we provide is reliant on the Internet connections at your sites. While Internet services generally are of high quality at most locations we understand that this is not always the case and you may not get the full benefits of our service. We therefore offer a 30-day money back guarantee even if there is no fault with the actual service or equipment provided.

You are entitled to cancel your subscription and return any phones within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email at info@gripcom.co.uk and quoting the order number supplied to you. We will provide a Returns Materials Authorisation (RMA). Please do not return any goods until you have an RMA. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault.

Any goods returned must be in saleable condition with original packaging.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

This guarantee only applies to VoIP orders of up to 2 subscriptions or 2 devices.
