Our Basic VoIP Call Plan gives you a business phone line with all the features you need to set up a Small Business VoIP Phone System. You get Free Calls to UK Landlines and Mobiles and your own UK phone number with any area code. This can be a new number or you can port over an existing BT landline number.

You can make calls on a PC, Mac, iPhone or Android using our Free VoIP App. If you prefer using a physical VoIP Phone, you can buy or rent one from our store here. Our VoIP phones are pre-configured so all you need to do is plug them in.

Our Basic VoIP Call Plan has all the features you need to set up a Small Business VoIP Phone System. You get Free Calls to UK Landlines and Mobiles and your own UK phone number with any area code. This can be a new number or you can port over an existing BT landline number.

You can make or answer calls on a PC, Mac, iPhone or Android using our Free VoIP App. If you prefer using a physical VoIP Phone, you can buy or rent one through the link at the top of the page. Our VoIP phones are pre-configured so all you need to do is plug them in.

Each User subscription includes use of 2 VoIP devices and you can add up to 3 more. You can use multiple subscriptions to connect any number of users at any location, from a single Home Worker to multiple users in an office. All you need is an Internet Connection at each location to create a company wide phone system. You get extension to extension dialling, hunt groups and time of day routing to meet you business requirements.

And our easy to use drag-and-drop Control Panel lets you set up your call flow to direct calls to the right person in the right place.

The subscription includes UK based support to keep your business operational and make changes.

This VoIP Call Plan is compatible with most VoIP phones* and VoIP Apps. It will connect one or more user devices to our VoIP Cloud Service and provide a phone number and the ability to dial in and out to standard phones and mobiles.

The recommended VoIP phones which can be auto provisioned and which we supply here are:

  • Yealink
  • Snom
  • Polycom

Other typical brands you can use are Cisco SPA phones, Grandstream, Fanvil, Gigabit and others which you can manually configure with the SIP details we provide.

We provide a free VoIP app which you setup with a QR code. You can also use other apps such as Zoiper and SIPgate.

*This VoIP plan is not compatible with Cisco corporate phones with part numbers beginning “CP”. For those phones please see our Cisco Call Plans.

Also note If you have your own VoIP PBX, you may need a SIP Trunk instead.

Do I need a phone line for the GRiP VoIP Service to work? No - this VoIP service replaces your phone lines. All you need is an Internet connection.

What About My Existing phone numbers? If you want to keep your existing number, after your new VoIP service is live we can port your number across. This will cease your existing line. Alternatively you can order a new number when you subscribe to the service.

Do I need a Phone to use GRiP's VoIP Service? You can use the service without a phone by using the free App we supply. The App will work on PC, Mac, iPhone or Android.

If I do want a phone, what phones can I use for VoIP? You can use any VoIP phone that is compatible with SIP. For example Yealink or Snom. You can use an existing SIP  phone and configure it to work with the details we provide or you can order a pre-configured one from our VoIP Phones collection here.

How long does it take to set up?Your new phone system will normally be set up within a few hours of ordering it.

What if I have trouble installing my phone or using it? Our VoIP plan subscriptions include setup support and training. Our UK based VoIP Engineers will be pleased to assist you.
